Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 1999 Chevrolet S-10

Today, on 1999 Chevrolet S10, we'll be installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with the 4-Pole Flat Connector, Part Number 118359. We will start our wiring installation by disconnecting the factory wiring connectors for the brake lights. To disconnect the wiring harness, push up on the white locking tab and pull towards the rear of the vehicle. Before we install our new wiring harness, we're going to add some electrical contact grease. We also sell this grease on our website. It's Part Number 11755. Let's put it off on there to cover all the contacts with the grease on the connectors. We can just plug our new wiring harness into the factory wiring connections. Next, we will use our factory ground to ground our wiring harness, too. more

Wiring Harness Installation - 2003 Chevrolet S-10

Today on this 2003 Chevrolet S-10 we are going to install part number 118359 from Tow Ready. The T-One wire harness will install on the driver side frame rail at this connection point. We will disconnect it and install the T-Connector. These snap together. The last thing you have to deal with is the ground wire. Just use a self tapping screw and run it right through the bottom of the frame. Now we will take our wiring harness and route it over to our hitch. We will zip tie the wires to the license plate lights and that will keep it safely out of the way. We are already finished. There you have it for part number 118359 from Tow Ready. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 1993 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup

Today on this 1993 Chevrolet S-10 Pickup truck we are going to install part number 118312 from Tow Ready, their T-One wiring connector. On the driver side frame rail of the vehicle you will see a connection point for the electrical harness right here. What you need to do is take the harness and split it apart and insert the T-One. It snaps right back into place. Then the other half. Then we will take our ground wire and ground it to the bottom of the frame right here. We will take our 4-pole wiring harness and we will just run it along the factory wiring and out to our hitch ball on our bumper. Use a few zip ties to hold everything in place and we will be good to go. Get rid of the excess and with that our install is complete. There you have it for part number 118312 from Tow Ready. more
